Operating principles · draft summary

A farm we share.
Principles we keep.

These principles guide the planning of our first activities and membership.

01

A farm we shape together

We observe, make, repair and create together, leaving explanations and records that others can build on.

02

Participation by choice

Choose a role that suits your interests and circumstances. Membership, work, employment and payment for collaborators are governed by separate terms.

03

Clear costs and support

Our shared farm model is based on membership fees, not income from renting out property. Fees, duration and support will reflect what we can actually provide.

04

Credit the source and show what changes

We connect each adaptation to its source and clearly distinguish plans, experiments and activities that have taken place.

05

People choose whether to share their work, photos and notes. We respect source materials’ reuse conditions and credit contributors.

The first-season plan is for 12 people at KRW 360,000 each for 12 weeks. Start dates, detailed support, refunds and effective terms will be published before enrolment.
